the brief
Careerforce was transforming into part of the larger Te Toi Pūkenga organisation. As their lease was up in their existing premises, they wanted a fresh start in a new office environment at a cost effective price.
the concept
The key for Careerforce Te Toi Pūkenga was to create an environment that was team focused in the staff area with a large shared café space. A priority was to take the personal feeling of the work area out into the shared training areas to make them feel comfortable for a diverse group of learners.
what we did
We created an open and quite concentrated desk area with a number of supporting meeting rooms and Zoom rooms to allow easy engagement with the wider Te Toi Pūkenga organisation across NZ. We themed the public facing training rooms so that visitors would have a unique experience and allowed glimpses from the training rooms into the team space behind.
the results
The new office space celebrates a diverse group of learners and provides an office space for a committed team making it easy for them to feel part of the new wider organisation.
