Our journey with this building began with the base-build refurbishment for Precinct. From stripping out the old fitout to coordinating new ceilings, lighting, carpets, and bathroom upgrades, the project set the stage for a modern, refreshed space. Several years later, we took on a more challenging endeavor, partnering with RCP, Holmes Consulting Engineers, and L.T. McGuinness to implement a strengthening solution across each floor—all while tenants remained in occupation. Through meeting the tenants during the seismic upgrade project we built relationships that enabled us to design interior fitouts for companies such as Provoke, Parker & Associates, and Dimension Data.
