Over the past decade, we've worked in 1 Willis Street through numerous office fitouts and upgrades. When Precinct envisioned repurposing redundant plant room space, we took the opportunity to craft something special. At the highest plant room level, we designed an additional 800m² of office space integrated with the floor below. The result is a 1800m² tenancy that was leased even during construction. By expressing the structure across the void and creating a tapered face for the mezzanine, we achieved a balance—lightening the overall aesthetic and inviting natural light to flow deeper into the space.
