CBRE approached us to assist with this localized seismic remediation project in the Justice Centre because of our experience in working in occupied buildings.  We collaborated with L.T. McGuinness who completed construction works during the day and the more disruptive works in the evenings.  Communication with the Ministry of Justice and CBRE was a key area of focus as the project moved from location to location within the building. This initiative focused on enhancing the structural detailing of interconnections between the four campus buildings, including  cutting wider gaps between the buildings.
