A dilapidated apartment building needed a transformation to create a central city residential haven in a unique location on Plimmer Steps.  We created 11 stylish apartments and elevated three quaint shop frontage on Plimmer Steps. Seismic upgrade work was completed alongside the full refurbishment programme of works that considered every aspect of the building. The exterior received full insulation paired with, double-glazed uPVC windows, creating a space that's both energy-efficient and comfortable. Kitchens were opened up to the living areas, while bathrooms were entirely replaced, new laundries installed, and bedrooms refurbished. Paying homage to its heritage, we reinstated Art Deco features wherever possible, and completed the projects with a carefully chosen exterior color palette. The result is a  blend of modern functionality and timeless character.
