Working alongside Cornerstone Partners our goal was to breathe new life into this 1970s building through a complete refurbishment and seismic strengthening, ensuring it met the demands of modern multi-tenant leasing. To achieve this, we introduced an additional entry accompanied by a new core that included lifts, stairs, and upgraded toilet facilities.  To improve structural integrity, fire-rating, and overall user comfort, part of the timber first floor was replaced with concrete. The façade received a contemporary makeover, giving the building a fresh and inviting presence. This renovation set the stage for premium tenancy opportunities, attracting TAS and New Zealand Oil & Gas. We designed both tenancies, integrating them into the basebuild programme for a cohesive and polished result.
