20 Ballance Street, is enjoying a new lease on life. Once overlooked as an ideal office space, the building is now being recognized for its human-focused spaces, featuring smaller proportions, panoramic views, and natural light, characteristics that create an excellent work environment. We completed base building refurbishment across several floors, including converting disused storage area on the top floor to office space. We designed a tenancy fitout for Horticulture NZ, whose staff have embraced the light-filled, open, and dynamic new workspace. On the ground floor, our longstanding client, Sercombe and Matheson Optometrists, signed a lease and engaged us to design their fitout.
