The transformation of this 1970’s building began with PrimeProperty Group’s vision to open up its heavy concrete façade, long assumed to be structural, and flood the space with natural light. Previously utilized solely as an art gallery showroom, the building was part of a larger interconnected series of spaces. We designed a striking office space for their new tenant, WREDA, centered around the existing atrium to deliver a cost-effective solution with architectural interest. Additionally, we worked on the development of other tenancy spaces, including a bespoke fitout for DB Breweries and base building upgrade works.
