We have proudly partnered with Argosy over the years to modernize 147 Lambton Quay (TSB Tower), ensuring the building maintains relevance in the Wellington market.  Our projects have included remodelling the Ground Floor façade including relocating the building’s primary entrance from Waring Taylor Street to Lambton Quay to establish a more prominent presence.   Further enhancements included the development of high-quality End-of-Trip facilities, offering convenience and value for all tenants. A premium Ground Floor Meeting Room Suite was also designed to meet the needs of the building's key tenant, providing a functional and flexible collaborative space. Most recently, we remodelled a Tower Floor, showcasing the building’s potential in the current market and boosting its appeal to prospective tenants.
