The Teaching Council’s move from Boulcott Street to Customhouse Quay marked a major step toward a more connected and inspiring environment. The new workspace provides a central focus for staff, enhanced by stunning views of Wellington. Meeting rooms were designed for easy access, welcoming TCANZ members from across New Zealand and creating a renewed focus on collaboration work. These open and flexible spaces reflect the council’s dedication to manaakitanga, the concept of hospitality and care. In collaboration with the in-house graphic designer, the TCANZ visual identity was brought to life in the front-of-house areas. This design not only inspires staff but also invites visitors to engage deeply with the core beliefs of the Teaching Council.
