We were asked to design a workspace for a collection of related organisations to co-habit within a common tenancy, allowing agencies to share common facilities and facilitate greater team dynamics.
Our design created a good balance between work and common meeting and support areas, for the enjoyment of all the organisations to share. Grouping of common areas and careful location of offices and work zones allows for future flexibility and dynamic ongoing use of the space as agencies grow or shift in size.
A natural theme and palette was chosen to provide a neutral fitout without emphasizing one particular corporate identity. Fluid graphics to the partition glazing reflect against the harbour water views, with timber introduced to the reception and front of house meeting rooms. This is combined with the feature carpet echoing rocks and pebbles to give an earthy feeling.
We delivered an elegant and professional fitout which brings together the 11 separate organisations into one cohesive design, providing enhanced collaboration and interaction possibilities.
