The Dulux Research and Development Centre, winner of the prestigious Dulux Special CEO Award for Project Bellbird, stands as a testament to innovation, collaboration, and perseverance. Situated within Dulux’s Seaview site, this state-of-the-art laboratory was designed and constructed on an existing building slab, creating a  purpose-built laboratory facility.  Through close collaboration with LabWorks (laboratory design specialists),  Dulux staff, and management teams, we coordinated a highly technical environment to inspire and nurture the creativity of its specialist team.  The lightweight structure, combined with modern support facilities, reflects a commitment to excellence and adaptability.
